ステンレス調理器具製販を主力とするマレーシアのニシン・グループは11日、傘下のブラックバイソン・トゥーゴー（BlackBixon2Go）が、首都圏スランゴール州スバンジャヤにブラックバイソンカフェ・アンド・レストランの４号店を開業したと発表した。
４号店は、商業施設「ＮＵエンパイア」にオープンした。名物の特大クロワッサン、フライドチキン、ハンバーグなどを提供する。イスラム教徒（ムスリム）に禁忌の豚肉は取り扱わない。営業時間は午前９時～午後10時。
ブラックバイソンカフェ・アンド・レストランは、ＮＵエンパイアのほか、スランゴール州に２店舗、首都クアラルンプールに１店舗を構える。
