総合物流の鈴与（静岡市）は６日、インドの北部ハリヤナ州グルガオンで現地法人「スズヨ・インディア」を設立したと発表した。今月１日に営業を開始した。
同社は2012年に駐在員事務所を開設し、市場調査を進めていた。物流事業の本格展開に向けて、法人化した。国際輸送や通関などの輸出業務や、在庫管理や調達物流などの倉庫事業、トラック輸送事業などを手掛ける。
スズヨ・インディアの担当者はＮＮＡに対し、「顧客は主に日系企業となり、供給網の構築を支援する」と語った。今後、南部タミルナド州チェンナイに支店を設置する予定という。
