スポーツ用品メーカーのデサントは13日、ゴルフウエア、ゴルフ用品ブランドの「マンシングウェア」の製品を販売する合弁会社を上海市に設立すると発表した。来年１月から同ブランド製品の販売、マーケティング活動を行う。
合弁会社は紳士服やアクセサリーの販売を手がける福建省の企業、利郎服飾（福建）集団と設立する。資本金は２億7,800万元（約57億3,000万円）で、利郎が54％、デサントが33.4％、デサントの中国全額出資子会社が12.6％をそれぞれ出資する。合弁会社は今月設立する予定だ。
デサントは、2000年代から子会社を通じて中国でマンシングウェア製品の小売り、卸売りを行ってきた。マンシングウェア製品の23年の中国売上高は前年比12.4％増の14億1,700万円。紳士服小売り事業で経験が豊富な利郎と合弁会社を設立することで、マンシングウェアブランドの一層の成長を目指す。
