中国人材会社の中智管理諮詢（ＣＩＩＣ）が17日に発表した国内企業への調査結果によると、2024年の平均賃上げ率は4.7％だった。2023年の5.6％から0.9ポイント低下した。21年の6.7％から３年連続の低下となった。
同社は１～３級都市（大都市と中都市）の企業約3,000社にアンケートを行った。
過去の調査結果を見ると、賃上げ率はおおむね右肩下がりで推移している。13年は9.1％だったが、16年（6.9％）は７％割れ、23年（5.6％）は６％割れとなっていた。
同社は年初頭にも国内企業3,000社以上にアンケートを行い、24年の予定賃上げ率を尋ねている。平均は5.5％で、実際の賃上げの動きは当初の予定に比べ鈍かったことになる。
同社は25年の予定賃上げ率も聞いており、平均値は4.6％となった。24年実績をわずかに下回っている格好で、平均賃上げ率は４年連続で低下する可能性がある。
