伊高級ブランドのエルメネジルド・ゼニアは29日、シンガポール政府系投資会社テマセク・ホールディングスから１億2,640万米ドル（約187億円）の追加出資を受けることで合意したと発表した。テマセクのエルメネジルド・ゼニアに対する持ち株比率は10％に拡大する。
テマセク傘下のヴェネツィオ・インベストメンツが、エルメネジルド・ゼニアの約1,412万株を１株当たり8.95米ドルで取得する。７月末までの取引完了を見込む。
エルメネジルド・ゼニアは高級紳士服、布地で知られる企業。これまでにテマセクは約1,270万株を保有している。
