香港政府土地登記処は３日、香港域内における９月の住宅売買成約件数（届け出ベース）が前月比6.7％増の5,643件だったと発表した。増加は３カ月ぶり。前年同月比では98.1％増加した。
成約額の合計は前月比11.9％増の472億2,800万HKドル（約9,000億円）で、前年同月比では126.6％増加した。
建物物件全体の売買成約件数は前月比6.3％増の6,870件となり、前年同月比では78.8％増えた。建物物件全体の成約額は前月比11.9％増、前年同月比93.4％増の534億7,800万HKドルだった。
土地登記処への届け出は取引後30日以内と規定されている。
