香港鉄路（ＭＴＲ）を運営する香港鉄路公司（ＭＴＲＣ）は７日、非管理職を対象に今年は1.8～5.4％の賃上げを実施すると明らかにした。上げ幅は前年の2.05～6.15％を下回る。官営メディアＲＴＨＫ、８日付明報などが伝えた。
全従業員に0.2カ月分の一時金を支給し、評価に応じて1.5～2.17カ月分の賞与を出す。ＭＴＲＣはこれまで毎年７月に給与改定を発表していたが、今年は３月に前倒しした。財政年度のスケジュールに合わせるためとしている。
