香港政府観光局（ＨＫＴＢ）は17日、香港を10月に訪れた旅客の数（速報値）は前年同月比12％増の延べ458万8,515人だったと発表した。
中国本土からの旅客が10％増の345万2,168人に上り、全体の75％を占めた。本土以外からの旅客は19％増の113万6,347人だった。
１～10月の累計は全体で前年同期比12％増の4,106万163人。うち本土からは11％増の3,143万8,051人で、全体に占める割合は77％だった。本土以外からの旅客は16％増の962万2,112人となり、台湾、オーストラリア、中東からの伸びが目立っている。
