オンライン旅行会社（ＯＴＡ）大手の携程集団（上海市、トリップドットコム・グループ）は、春節（旧正月、2025年は１月29日）に帰省するカスタマーサービス部門の従業員を対象に、最長２カ月間のリモートワークを認めると社内に向けて通達した。証券時報（電子版）などが５日伝えた。
実施期間は１月１日～２月28日で、当初の計画よりも２週間延ばした。同社が直接雇用する従業員に限り、最長２カ月間帰省先で仕事をすることができる。
携程は新型コロナウイルスの流行を機に、22年３月からリモートワークと出社の「ハイブリッド」勤務制度を本格的に導入。同社の梁建章・董事局主席は「ハイブリッド勤務は企業、従業員、社会の各方面にメリットがある」などとして他社での導入も提唱している。
