タイの素材最大手サイアム・セメント・グループ（ＳＣＧ）の関連会社で建材店を展開するサイアム・グローバル・ハウスは28日、子会社２社を設立すると発表した。収益源を多様化する狙いがある。
２社ともサイアム・グローバル・ハウスの100％出資子会社となり、資本金は１億バーツ（約４億3,000万円）以内を想定している。運転資金から賄う。
社名は決まっていない。１社は家電や住宅内装品、もう１社は小売りやオンラインでの商品販売を手がける。
